HELLO!!!! Jellyfish are BAD. They can kill you, will attack
whether you want them to or now, will be moved around by the
waves and just aren't good. The crabs can't swim all that well
and would remain on the bottom for the most part. I'm a lifeguard.
I am capable of treading water for long periods of time with a
BRICK in my hands, take away the brick and I'm good to go for a
LONG time. The waves don't matter at all. Bring on the crabs.
Just keep the jellyfish away!

know what they do with crabs in Japan???? THey throw em live onto
hot griddle things (restaraunts where they cook the food "FRESH"....and
then they bounce up a couple feet only to be bought back down to
their death, ok so i couldnt do that in a pool, but hey, it was a
good anecdote, dontcha think?

i have to stick with the crabs. first of all, why do you need to
touch the bottom? you can just float on the top of the water. and
second of all, the waves won't hurt you. just get as far away or
as close to the wave machine as you can get and they won't hit
you as hard. you can also get a workout by swimming into the
waves.

Hopefully I could just keep my feet off the bottom by treading
water. It seems like it would be a lot harder to stay away from
the jelly fish. And we didn't determine the size of these jelly
fish. Have you ever seen the ones they get out in California?
They look like frisbees! That would be very scary!
